Cancellations are not allowed. Otherwise, we'll not allow you to join our future group orders unless it's PAYO*.

Products for preorder come from different suppliers overseas so delays are inevitable. ETA* is 2-4 weeks after the preorder cut-off unless stated otherwise.

Some products may run out of stock without prior notice. We'll notify you if there are other variations available, then you may choose to change the variation (if applicable) or remove the item from your order.

Orders must be claimed within 1 month after receipt of arrival notice.

Preorder invoices and arrival notices are sent via messenger and/or email, so kindly give us your primary or active email address.

Once on hand and fully-paid, we'll then release your order.

Delays are out of our control once we've handed your package to the courier. You may reach us if you need help in tracking your package.

We are not liable for any loss or damages incurred during shipment but we will do our best to avoid that by packaging your order securely. We highly suggest you choose a trusted courier and indicate an accurate declared value for shipments (if applicable).

Unclaimed orders (maximum of 14 days) will be fined a storage fee of 100 per week.

Unclaimed orders (after 1 month) will be disregarded payment is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be fined 400 for the storage fee.
